Tanzanian and Kenyan presidents today commissioned Nairobi Southern Bypass at Ngong Road/Lenana Interchange in Kenya.
The commissioning marked the second day of Tanzania’s President John Magufuli two-day state visit to Kenya. After the launching of the Southern Bypass road, Dr Magufuli was scheduled to visit Eldoville dairy factory.
The two presidents on Monday discussed, among other issues, the state of security, ways of helping other countries in the region to stabilise and foster business relations. The two-day state visit is expected to end today.
