The Kenyan team in Rio, Brazil, on Thursday suffered another setback after a second coach was kicked out of the games.
An official of Team Kenya identified as sprint coach JohnAnzrah was ordered out of the games over an alleged doping cheat.
According to reports, Anzrah impersonated an athlete for a doping test prompting Kenya to withdraw him from the 2016 Summer Olympic games.
The International Olympic Committee (IOC) also announced that it had launched disciplinary proceedings against the sprint coach.
"We take note of the decision of the Kenyan Olympic Committee to send home its athletics coach following a violation of anti-doping rules and we thank the NOC for its swift action," IOC spokeswoman said.
"The IOC has immediately created a disciplinary commission to look into the matter with regard to the coach and the athlete concerned," the spokeswoman added.
This comes barely five days after the team's track and field manager, Michael Rotich, was ordered back to Kenya after an international media report revealed he asked for a bribe to warn athletes of looming doping tests.
Major Rotich allegedly demanded £10,000 (Sh1.3 Million) to tip off athletes over the timing of drug tests. The money was to be paid in three monthly instalments of £3,000 (Sh397,000).
He was exposed by German broadcaster ARD and Sunday Times who said he told their undercover reporters that he could give athletes advance warnings of when they would be tested.
